Head to the front desk with the parking ticket to validate your stay. After showing the front desk your digital or printed reservation, you will be given a tag to display on your vehicle's dashboard. Failure to display this on your dash will result in your car being towed.

Gather your belongings and head over to the shuttle pick-up area.

After gathering your bags, Head to Lower Level (arrivals) in the median between pillars K and L. There will be a large blue sign for airport shuttle pickup. Call 512-272-5001 and choose option 1 to order the shuttle pickup.

The shuttle will take you back to your vehicle.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

The shuttle will bring you to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit.

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

The Parking Spot East - Premium Covered Self Park

The Parking Spot shuttle will pick you up directly at your vehicle to take you to the airport.

The Parking Spot West - Covered Self Park

When you arrive at the hotel, pull your vehicle into the hotel&rsquo;s main entrance and use the temporary loading zone under the awning. Head to the Front Desk with your SpotHero Parking Pass and license plate number. The front desk agent will register your vehicle.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Once parked, gather your belongings and proceed to the lobby to wait for the shuttle.

When you arrive back at AUS, gather your belongings and call the hotel directly at 512-389-1222 to request shuttle pickup.&nbsp;Follow signs for Ground Transportation and Hotel Shuttles. The pickup is typically at the off-site shuttle&nbsp;curb outside of the baggage claim area. Board the shuttle clearly marked with the Hampton Inn &amp; Suites Austin-Airport logo.

Upon returning back to the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!

Hampton Inn & Suites Austin Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Upon arrival at the parking lot, check in at the front desk and present your SpotHero Parking Pass. The staff will direct you to your reserved parking space. Please check with your airline and the airport for recommended arrival times before your flight.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. Please call ahead to schedule airport transportation, as the shuttle may be full for walk-in requests. This will help ensure availability and manage expectations.

When you arrive back at AUS, gather your belongings and follow signs to the Ground Transportation area on the lower level, then cross the street to the rental car facility/hotel shuttle area.

Once back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!

Aloft Austin Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Check in with the front desk to register your vehicle and receive parking instructions. A complimentary shuttle runs every 30 min.

Upon return, look for the shuttle in the Off-Airport shuttle area on the baggage claim level to take you back to the hotel.

Cambria Hotel Austin Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Upon arrival at the hotel, check in at the front desk and present your SpotHero Parking Pass. The staff will direct you to your reserved parking space. Please check with your airline and the airport for recommended arrival times before your flight.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pick up area. Please call ahead within 24 hours of your parking reservation arrival time to schedule your airport shuttle ride.

Upon arriving back at AUS, contact the hotel at (512) 386-7474 to arrange shuttle pickup.

When back at the hotel, proceed to the front desk and present you SpotHero Parking Pass for validation.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!

When you arrive to the facility, display your prepaid pass to the attendant either printed out or on a mobile device.
