Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

When exiting, show the attendant at the exit gate your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device. If there is no attendant on duty, press the call button. Read your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.

The gate will lift and you are free to go!
