Enter this location off of Touhy Ave and follow signage to the back of the parking lot.&nbsp;Please park in Section A as outlined in the photo.&nbsp;Please park in the designated Spot Hero parking spots. Refer to the listing photos and on-site signage for designated Spot Hero parking spots. CARS PARKED IN AN UNDESIGNATED&nbsp;SPOT HERO SPOT WILL BE TOWED AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE.

The shuttle operates seven days per week from 7 AM to 11 PM every 30 minutes of the half-hour mark. When boarding the shuttle, please present proof of your shuttle reservation to the driver.

If you are planning to park your vehicle during off-shuttle times, it is recommended that you schedule a taxi or rideshare service.

Upon your return to O'Hare proceed to Terminal 2A for shuttle pick up.

The shuttle operates on demand at the :00 and :30 of the hour. Please note that from 11 PM to 7 AM, no shuttle is available. Please allow yourself enough time to park your vehicle and get on the shuttle before your scheduled pick-up time.

You’re all set! Please exit off of Mannheim Rd.

This location is monitored according to the licence plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow.

  Enter this location off of Touhy Ave and follow signage to the back of the parking lot. You may only park in the designated spaces as indicated in the photos.

Call a taxi or reserve a rideshare to the airport. 

Once you gather your luggage, call a taxi or reserve rideshare back to your car. 

Follow the signage to exit off of Mannheim Rd.

Event Rate

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Please reference your Parking Pass for the entry code. You may only park in space #2.

TimTest Facility of Parking TRF - IL

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Please bring your reservation receipt and write down the license plate number prior to check-in. The front desk will take care of any outstanding balance and provide you with a parking tag.

Once you have the parking tag, please hang the tag on the rearview mirror and park your car in the north lot directly next to Allstate arena. (Do not park on Allstate arena property as you will be towed)

Proceed to board the shuttle at the front door canopy of the hotel.

Upon return to Chicago, please wait at Terminal 2, Arrivals, (lower level) Middle Lane, Door C for a pickup. Please make sure you board the correct Hyatt shuttle as there are 3 Hyatt properties in the area. Passengers returning to terminal 5, which include international and some domestic, will need to call 224-563-1800 Ext 0 for pick up service. Be aware that last shuttle leaves O'Hare for The Hyatt Place at 10:00PM.

When you return to the facility, simply leave when you're ready to go! 

Hyatt Place - Uncovered Self Park

Once you have arrived at this facility, please park in the '30 Minute Parking' area.  Visit the front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to the front desk associate. They will guide you where to park your vehicle. 
 

Park your vehicle and gather your luggage. Prepare to board the shuttle. Shuttles run on-demand and may take up to 20 minutes for arrival. 

When arriving back at the airport, please gather your luggage and contact the hotel for shuttle pick up. The hotel can be reached at 847-699-6300.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 
 

Sheraton Suites O'Hare - Covered Self Park

Upon arrival, please park in the 30 min. parking and visit the Front Desk to receive instructions on where to park.

Once parked, request a rideshare to the airport. 

When arriving back to the airport, please gather your luggage and request a shuttle back to the hotel at  +1 847-699-6300 . 

Once you are ready to go, stop by the front desk to show your SpotHero parking pass and have the ticket pulled upon entry validated. Once complete, insert your validated ticket at the gate to exit.
