PLEASE NOTE: Do not lift the gate until you are ready to enter the garage, and do not engage VendGate after your first entry. You may also access VendGate through your mobile browser. Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID#.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

The $18.00 online special only applies to reservations made to enter between 4:00 AM-8:00 AM. Please do not enter outside of these times or you will be subject to pay the price difference on-site.

Scan your bar code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the bar code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. If you accidentally pulled a ticket, please keep this ticket in order to exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your Bar Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will lift without having to scan. If you pulled a ticket upon entering, first insert this ticket at the exit gate and then scan your SpotHero QR Code.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

When you return to the facility at the end of your parking reservation, proceed to the main building. Show the attendant your ticket and prepaid pass to confirm your departure.

On your way out, have Bluetooth and Location services on, and tap the "Open Gate" button to exit.
