Standard

You must park on the right side of the white line painted on the driveway. Park as close to the right edge of the driveway as possible.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
 
If you have an issue scanning, please press the call button and wait for assistance and do NOT pull a ticket. If you pull a ticket, you will be expected to pay for it upon exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Please park on the red driveway in front of the green house.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

Email your completed application and SpotHero receipt to the manager at Pfmawa@lazparking.com &amp; monthly@spothero.com. You will receive a confirmation email from Laz within 48 hours. 

The gate will open and you're free to go!

After purchasing with SpotHero, please make sure to complete the attached application in full. SpotHero will accept your reservation for the first month of parking ONLY, so please make sure to set up an account with the operating parking company so you can continue to park. If you wish to park for only one month, please email monthly@spothero.com

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. Prior to the beginning of your reservation, please contact the seller, Faith, at (415) 269-9617 to confirm your reservation.

Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. If you would like to cancel this recurring charge, please email support@spothero.com.

Please contact the seller, Marat, at mgaziev@gmail.com or (832) 894-4638 so the garage door can be opened for you.

When exiting, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the machine. Enlarge the barcode on your parking pass and scan the barcode at the exit scanner. You may need to rotate your printed parking pass or mobile device beneath the scanner as necessary.

Please contact Adonis.Balladares@propark.com to schedule a time to pick up your transponder so that you may access the garage 24/7.

You must park in Space #1. This is the northern-most spot in the lot. Park in front of the SpotHero sign with a number 1 in the top corner.

Upon arrival, enter the covered or open-air (uncovered) lane that corresponds to your SpotHero reservation.

Our complimentary shuttles will pick you up at your vehicle and take you to your airline's terminal. Our friendly drivers can also provide luggage assistance. Shuttles typically depart every 10 minutes and the ride to the terminal lasts approximately 5 minutes. 

When leaving the lot, show the attendant the ticket you pulled upon entry and your SpotHero Parking Pass. You're ready to go!

Pull a ticket when you enter. You will be directed where to park.

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".  
If you don't have the ticket you pulled upon entry, the maximum rate will be charged at exit.

A representative from Quik Park will contact you via phone or email within 1 hour of submission if you submit your application during office hours (9am-7pm 7 days a week). If submit your application outside of the office hours, a representative will contact you within an hour of the next opening day.
If you have not been contacted in the specified time by an Icon/QuikPark representative, please feel free to follow up with them by calling 888-760-7275. If you require same day parking, submit your application and call the hotline during office hours to see if you can begin parking same day.

Upon confirmation you will be good to go and can start parking immediately!

SpotHero will accept your reservation for the first month of parking ONLY, so please make sure to set up an account with the operating parking company so that you can continue to park. However, if you wish to park for only one month, you MUST let the facility manager know as soon as possible.

Your parking will be validated at the exit when you are ready to leave. (no in/out privileges) 

Show the hotel front desk your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. They will give you a tag to display on your dashboard and will show you where to park.

When you return to HOU, please call (713) 943-7979 to arrange return shuttle pickup. The shuttle will pick up outside baggage claim in Zone 3. You're ready to go!

Please display your SpotHero Parking Pass to the hotel front desk. They will give you a tag to display on your dashboard and tell you where to park. At this time, let the staff know how long you plan to park.

The machine will issue you a ticket and the gate will lift. 

When exiting, drive up to the exit gate and insert the ticket you pulled upon arrival into the machine.

Scan your QR Code directly up to the box reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

The $12.00 online special only applies to reservations made to enter between 4:00 AM-9:30 AM. Please do not enter outside of these times or you will be subject to pay the price difference on-site.
