When exiting, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the machine. Then scan your SpotHero barcode on your SpotHero confirmation.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

To retrieve your vehicle, hand the valet attendant the claim ticket you received upon arrival and they will retrieve your vehicle.

Once they're ready to pick up their car, the customer will type in "spothero" into the validation code link in the digital claim check; this will $0 their balance.

320 W Jefferson St. (Hyatt Regency Louisville) - Valet

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

After receiving validation, drive to the garage entrance at 255 W Liberty St. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

280 W Jefferson St. - Louisville Marriott Downtown Garage

The valet will give you access to a digital claim check on their phone. Once you're ready to pick up your car, you will have to type in "spothero" into the validation code link in the digital claim check; this will $0 their balance.

Valet will be notified to retrieve the vehicle!

350 W Chestnut St - HGI Louisville Downtown Valet

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
