Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

When exiting, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the machine. Then scan your SpotHero barcode on your SpotHero confirmation.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

If you are retrieving your vehicle between the hours of 12am-7am, you must visit the front desk to retrieve your vehicle. Hand them the ticket you received upon arrival and they will retrieve your vehicle.
