Flex Rates

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.

When exiting, DO NOT USE THE SELF-PAY KIOSK. Drive the exit gate, press the call button and read off your SpotHero Rental # and the number from the ticket you pulled.

When you are ready to retrieve your vehicle, visit the cashier in the garage office (located on the first floor close to the elevators) and show the ticket you pulled when you entered the garage. The cashier will validate your ticket. (All customers, whether they self-parked or used the valet, MUST visit the cashier before going to retrieve their vehicles.) 

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
