When entering the facility, pull into the entry lane and scan your SpotHero reservation from your phone or print out. The gate will open and you may enter. Find an open spot to self park your car. Walk to the nearest shuttle stop, and a bus will pick you up shortly. Make sure your car is parked centered in a spot or you may have to pay for 2 spots! 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

THE SHUTTLE LEAVES THE LOT EVERY 30 MINUTES, AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF EACH HOUR. The driver of the bus will give you a card with all directions for picking up your vehicle when you return. If it's easier, just take a picture of both sides of the card so you have it with you.

Upon return, no need to call. Simply follow directions on the card out to the pick-up area. Our shuttles leave the Pink Elephant lot every 30 minutes at the top and botton of each hour, so you can time your pick up accordingly. The shuttle will drop you directly at your car.

Follow the signs to the facility EXIT. Enter either exit lane, scan your SpotHero reservation and the gate will open to let you out unless a balance is due because you overstayed your reservation time. If your return plans change while traveling, there's no need to contact us. All adjustments can be handled upon exit.

Pink Elephant Long Term Parking - Uncovered Self Park

When entering the facility, pull into the entry lane and scan your SpotHero reservation, either printed or mobile. The gate will open and you may enter. Follow the signs to the designated row to self park. Remain at your vehicle and wait for the shuttle to pick you up. Please make sure your vehicle is within the marked lines, otherwise may have to pay for 2 spots.

The shuttle driver will provide you a card with instructions for pick up. If convenient, you can take a picture of both sides of the card so you have it with you upon return.

Upon return, no need to call. Simply follow the directions to the shuttle pick-up area. Our shuttles are routinely circling the pick up areas. The shuttle will drop you directly at your vehicle.

Follow the signs to the facility exit and enter either exit lane. Scan your SpotHero reservation and the gate will open (unless a balance is due because you overstayed your reservation time).

Newark Airport Long Term Parking - Uncovered Self Park

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Free shuttle service to and from the airport terminals which runs every 10-15 mins daily, Our friendly staff are available to assist you 24/7. Follow staff instructions for shuttle pickup.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved. 

Maas Parking - EWR - Uncovered Valet

Upon arrival, please present your email confirmation to the attendant or have access via a smart device to show the attendant. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time prior to your flight. 

 You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

24/7 Free shuttle service to and from the EWR airport terminals which runs every 10-15 minutes daily for a fast drop-off and pick-up service, 365 days a year. Shuttle duration to/from EWR airport is generally 8-10 minutes each way but can vary with traffic conditions.

Upon arriving back to the lot, please present your email confirmation to the attendant or have access via a smart device to show the attendant.

ARB Parking Newark - Uncovered Valet

Proceed to the entrance gate and scan your reservation, if you have one, underneath the scanner. If you are experiencing trouble scanning in your reservation, please take a ticket.

Complimentary shuttles are available to provide transportation from the parking lot to the airport. You can either wait by your vehicle or proceed to the office. If you decide to wait by your vehicle, please be visible and have your bags out. Inform your driver which airline or terminal you are traveling through, and our driver will transport you or your party to the appropriate terminal. We will provide contact cards which include instructions on where to go for pick-up upon your return!

After arriving back at the airport, please contact our office for pick-up at 862-230-8946. The shuttles run approximately every 10 minutes.

Once at the parking lot, you may simply pull into the exit lane and scan your reservation underneath the scanner, and the gate will open to exit.

If the gate does not open, simply press the call button, located on the call box, to be assisted by one of our 24/7 attendants.

Victoria Parking - Uncovered Self Park

Enter on your right side, as indicated on the entrance sign. Proceed to the entrance gate and an attendant will greet you. Present your parking pass to the attendant for registration.

There is an available shuttle that will provide transportation from the parking lot to the airport. You can either wait by your vehicle or proceed to the waiting area. Inform the driver which airline you are departing from, and our driver will transport you to the appropriate terminal. We will provide contact cards which include instructions on where to go for pick-up when you return.

Please contact our office for pick-up using the contact card you were provided at the start of your trip.

When you&rsquo;re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.
