The roll up gate will be open from 7:00am - 1:00pm. Outside of the 7am-1pm window, please call 510-220-6719. and reach building security to vend the gate remotely.  Tell them you have a SpotHero reservation and they will let you into the garage. Please be prepared to read your confirmation number. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say reserved.
 
You can access the street by entering and exit through the building lobby. 

Upon exiting the gate will recognize your vehicle, the gate will raise and you will be free to go!
