When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Standard

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.

Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.

8th St & Market St - Lot

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
Please note: there is an attendant on-site from 7 AM - 10 PM.  Reservations after 10 PM will be monitored by the license plate only. Make sure your license information matches the information in your SpotHero app.  

If you have an "early bird" reservation (starting before 9am), please park on the right hand side of the lot. If you reservation starts after 9am, please park on the left-hand side of the lot (next to the handicap spaces).

Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
