Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

1468 India St. - Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

Drive in and press the button for a ticket upon entry to the parking garage.

When leaving, press the call button, and security will open the gate at exit.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

1481 India St. (610 W Ash St.) - Garage

1329 Kettner Blvd. - Ryan Lot

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

998 W Ivy St. (2100 Kettner Blvd.) - Garage

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

If arriving after 10 pm, press the call button to gain access, let the call center know you have a reservation, and be prepared to give your SpotHero rental ID number.

You may park in any space that is not labeled &ldquo;reserved&rdquo;.

After you park, gather your belongings and head to the ground floor to order your taxi/rideshare to the airport.

Upon arrival back at SAN, arrange private ground transportation to take you back to 2100 Kettner Blvd.

Once arriving back to the parking facility, simply drive to the exit gate, and press the help button. The attendant will confirm your reservation details and allow you to exit the facility.

If arriving after 10 pm, the security door will be closed. There is a pedestrian door to the left of the garage entrance with a call box. Press the call button and security will allow you in to retrieve your vehicle.
