Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The Attendant may scan your Parking Pass.
PLEASE NOTE: When the garage is not attended please self-park. Your reservation will be monitored by your license plate and will be confirmed when the attendant is back on duty.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

In/Out - Special

Scan your QR Code about 2 inches away from the red box reader (located 3 inches below the screen).

Park in any spot that's not marked "Reserved" or "Administrative".

When you're ready to leave, scan your QR Code again at the red box.

The gate will open, and you're good to go! If you need help, press the assistance button on the screen above the reader.

175 Beach St - Pier 39 Garage

Multi-Day

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

350 Bay St. - North Point Centre Garage

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
