Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

If there is an attendant on duty, the attendant will hand you a ticket and valet your vehicle. 

If there is no attendant on duty, your reservation will be monitored by your license plate entered on SpotHero. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you are ready to leave, if the attendant parked your vehicle, show the attendant your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device, along with the ticket you were given, and your vehicle will be retrieved. 

Otherwise, simply leave when you are ready to go! 

635 Sansome St. (401 Jackson St.) - Lot

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

<p>Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. &nbsp; If there is an attendant on duty (Mon-Fri 8am &ndash; 5pm), you may also be asked to show your Parking Pass.</p>
<p>Note:&nbsp;Attendant hours are 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you arrive during these hours but plan to leave after, please make sure to retrieve your keys from the attendant after they park your car.</p>

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

768 Sansome St. - Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

In/Out

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Long Term Cruise Parking

This location is monitored according to the licence plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Depending on parking occupancy, this facility may become a valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
