The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

Attendant will issue ticket. Attendant will tell you where to park.

When ready to exit the garage, stop by the garage cashier and have your claim ticket processed before going upstairs to retrieve your vehicle.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

1045 California St. - Crocker Valet Garage

Spot Hero QR codes are accepted at this location.  When you arrive at the garage, you do not need to take a ticket. Just scan your QR code on the ticket machine upon entry and the gate will open.   You may proceed to park.

You may park in any space not marked ‘Reserved.

When you are ready to leave, please retrieve your vehicle and proceed to the exit lane.   Please scan your QR code at the ticket machine and follow the instructions on the display.  If your reservation matches your stay, the gate will open.  If you parked for a period that doesn’t match the reservation period, there may be additional charges, you can pay these with a credit card at the ticket machine.

Upon completing the transaction you may exit the garage.Thank you for parking with us!
