If no attendant is present, your reservation will be monitored by license plate. Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

If there is an attendant on site, show your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Depending on parking occupancy, this lot may become valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.

24 Florida St. - Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
