PLEASE NOTE: Valet assist is ONLY available Monday - Sunday, 6AM-6PM. Outside of those hours, this facility will be monitored by license plate ONLY.  Please make sure your license plate matches the information in the SpotHero app.  Failure to do so may result in a ticket and or tow.  

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

110 Main St. - Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

<p>Please pull a ticket at the entrance and proceed to Valet area on the annex level. Then show your SpotHero confirmation number to the valet attendant.</p>

<p>When you're ready to leave, show the valet attendants your SpotHero Parking Pass, along with the ticket you pulled upon entering. Your ticket will be validated, and your vehicle will be retrieved.</p>

Insert the validated ticket into the machine at the exit gate. You're ready to go!

121 Spear St. - Rincon Center - Valet-Assist Garage

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
