Standard

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. &nbsp; If there is an attendant on duty (Mon-Fri 8am &ndash; 5pm), you may also be asked to show your Parking Pass.
Note:&nbsp;Attendant hours are 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you arrive during these hours but plan to leave after, please make sure to retrieve your keys from the attendant after they park your car.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

768 Sansome St. - Lot

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

In/Out

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

825 Sansome St. - Garage

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

In & Out

M-F 6a-8p, location will be valet only. Customers must bring a physical key and leave it with the car. Outside these hours, location will be self park.This location is monitored according to the license plate listed on your SpotHero pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or a tow

900 Sansome St. - Garage (Semi-Valet)

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

If there is an attendant on duty, the attendant will hand you a ticket and valet your vehicle. 

If there is no attendant on duty, your reservation will be monitored by your license plate entered on SpotHero. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you are ready to leave, if the attendant parked your vehicle, show the attendant your SpotHero parking pass, either printed or on your mobile device, along with the ticket you were given, and your vehicle will be retrieved. 

Otherwise, simply leave when you are ready to go!
