Standard

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

The garage itself closes at 7:00 pm each day. The exit gate closes at 3:00 PM when the attendant leaves for the day. Anyone that wants to retrieve their car after 3:00 pm must enter the building at 795 Folsom and head down to the garage. The exit gate is automatic and is controlled by loops located in the concrete. If a person drives slowly up to the exit gate it will open allowing them to exit.

Users may park their own vehicles at this facility.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

When entering the garage, parkers will contact security by intercom. Their reservation instructions instruct them to provide security their reservation number which security will confirm as valid through SpotHero before opening the gate. 

Security will remotely open the garage door through the intercom system once the reservation is confirmed. From there the parker will self park their vehicle and lock / retain their keys. 

Follow the reservation instructions  to exit through the pedestrian door back toward Rizal St.
Simply leave when you're ready to go!

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
