Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE: You must access the garage via the Metropolitan Tower apartment entrance located at 1942 Westlake. Press the intercom button and let security know that you have a SpotHero reservation, and they will buzz you in. 
 
 
When exiting the garage via your vehicle, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

1919 7th Ave.(1942 Westlake Ave.) -Metropolitan Tower Garage

- Pull up to the two kiosks on the entry ramp.
-On the left kiosk, tap begin, then tap the help button.
-Tell the agent you are a SpotHero parker, and they will open the garage door. 

Pull into the garage and scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open

Park in any stall marked visitor. 
Once parked, proceed to the elevator on the west side of the garage, go up to the Lobby, and exit the building.

Upon returning to the garage, go to the building lobby and take the elevator to level "-1".
 
If you return to the garage after 6:00pm, the front door will be locked, but the security guard at the lobby desk will be alerted to let SpotHero parkers into the building to return to their vehicle. Please be prepared to show your parking pass. 

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
 
The gate will open and you're free to go!
