Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. *If you purchased a pass with in/out privileges (24-rate only!), see step #1 for re-entry procedure*
The pedestrian entry on 3rd Street is available 24/7 but requires SpotHero users to scan their barcode between 8pm and 5am. If your QR code isn't working, please press the call button for security.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

This facility is valet parking at The Charter Hotel. Upon arrival at 1610 2nd Ave, park in the valet loading zone and present your pass to the valet. If no valet is present at the curb, enter the lobby of the hotel and present your pass to the front desk. The valet will assist you with the process to retrieve your vehicle at the end of your reservation.&nbsp;NOTE: This is NOT a self-park location

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
