When you arrive at the location, show the hotel front desk your parking reservation, receive a validation code, then register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. All vehicles must be properly registered.

<p>Proceed to park on the banquet or East side of the parking lot. Please do not park in the hotel parking area or West side of the lot.</p>

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pick-up area.

Upon your arrival back to STL, gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pick-up area. Call 314-429-1100 ext. 2 to request shuttle pick-up back to the hotel.

Terminal 1: Please be aware that the airport has temporarily moved Terminal 1 pickup to the Departures level (upstairs). Board The Parking Spot 2 shuttle at the hotel/motel shelter on the upper level. If you land between the hours of 10PM and 7AM, please call us for pick-up at (314) 428-5146. 
Terminal 2: Board The Parking Spot 2 shuttle at the hotel/motel shelter, located at exit ET15. If you land between the hours of 10PM and 7AM, please call us for pick-up at (314) 428-5146.

The shuttle will bring you to your car. From there, follow the signs to the exit.

After your flight home...

Follow the entry directions based on your selected parking type.

Proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and board the shuttle to STL.

After your flight home...
Terminal 1: The Parking Spot 1 shuttle will meet you at it's usual pick-up location near Exit 12 of the lower level. If you land between the hours of 10PM and 7AM, please call us for pick-up at (314) 426-4510.
Terminal 2: Board The Parking Spot 1 shuttle on the lower level at exit ET10. If you land between the hours of 10PM and 7AM, please call us for pick-up at (314) 426-4510.

The shuttle will bring you back to the Shuttle Pickup Area. From there, proceed to your vehicle and follow the signs to the exit.

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

After proceeding through the gate, there will be a valet who will park your car.
