The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

You MUST park ONLY in spot 2 behind 1121 24th St NW. The other spots are not on SpotHero and have different owners. The outlines of the space are painted on the ground.&nbsp;You will be towed if you park in the wrong spot or outside of the lines painted on the ground! Oversized vehicles such as full size SUV and minivan are not allowed. They will be towed.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You may park ONLY in spot 2 behind 1121 24th St. NW. You must park inside the lines or you will be towed.

1150 24th St. NW (2400 M St NW) - Garage

If you have trouble getting the scanner to lift the gate, please pull a ticket. Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Depending on parking occupancy, this facility may become a valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. If you had to pull a ticket upon arrival, please present that ticket and your SpotHero reservation to the attendant in order to exit. 

1223 24th St. NW - (2300 N St. NW) - US News Garage - (Lot 292)

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.
