Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

You MUST park ONLY in spot 2 behind 1121 24th St NW. The other spots are not on SpotHero and have different owners. The outlines of the space are painted on the ground.&nbsp;You will be towed if you park in the wrong spot or outside of the lines painted on the ground! Oversized vehicles such as full size SUV and minivan are not allowed. They will be towed.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

The facility has a roof over the vehicles.

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
The garage is open Monday-Friday 6am-9pm. If you are entering or exiting the facility outside of these hours, you will need to scan your QR code at the scanner outside of the building.

2440 M St. NW - Garage - (Lot 642)

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

1150 22nd St. NW (2200 M St. NW) - Garage - (Lot 243)

Park in one of the open spots as shown in the photos along the fence for 2312 L St.  Leave room for a second vehicle.

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
