Flex Rates

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. Please pull to the bottom of the ramp for valet assistance you will receive a ticket that must be turned in when retrieving your vehicle.

When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.

Simply drive out when you are ready to go! The gate will open.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. A ticket will be issued that you need in order to exit. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Insert the ticket you received upon entrance into the machine. 

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

Please park in any space that is not marked with a “Reserved” sign.
If you are parking overnight, your vehicle will only be accessible during posted garage hours.
Please note, that only one entry and exit are allowed per reservation unless specifically stated.
Additionally, you may be asked to pay more on-site if you arrive early or stay outside your designated reservation window.
