When you are ready to leave, visit the Valet staff located inside the main entrance of the hotel and show your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The attendant will give you a chaser ticket to use when exiting the garage.

Insert the ticket you pulled from the garage followed by the chaser ticket received from the attendant. The gate will open and you're free to go!

DO NOT pull a ticket when entering, Scan your QR Code on the scanner to enter. If you are parking overnight or for several days, please check with the parking attendant on each floor as to the best place to park your vehicle. Otherwise you may park anywhere that don't say "RESERVED". If you have trouble finding a space, please proceed to the Parking Attendant and let them know that you have a SpotHero reservation and they will find you a spot.

When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.  

When ready to leave please proceed to any exit gate to scan the QR code on your SpotHero Reservation in the scanner on the exit device. If you have any issues, see the cashier. In the event the cashier has stepped away, please press the call assistance button.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

1010 13th St. NW (1301 K St. NW) - Garage

Standard

The $12.00 online special only applies to reservations made to enter between 5:30 AM-12:00 PM. Please do not enter outside of these times or you will be subject to pay the price difference on-site.
