Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. He will direct you to a second entrance. Again, show your confirmation to the second attendant and park.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
Depending on parking occupancy, this facility may become a valet and you may be asked to leave your keys with the attendant.

Upon exit, simply drive towards the interior gate and it wil automatically open. Then proceed to the main exit.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.   If you have any trouble scanning your parking pass, please use the call button and someone from the parking office will assist you. If no one answers, please pull a ticket and take it to the garage office with your parking pass before you exit.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!
