If you encounter a LOT FULL sign upon arrival, please disregard, your spot is still saved. Please press the 'call assistance' button on the entry gate, read off your SpotHero Rental ID# and the attendant will lift the gate.

Scan your QR code at the box with the red flashing light.

If you encounter an issue with the scanner, you may pull a ticket at entry to lift the gate. When it's time to exit, insert this ticket into exit gate and scan the qr code from your parking pass. Early arrivals and late exits will be charged at the drive-up rate for any additional time you are parked in the garage.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "reserved".

When you are ready to leave, drive to the exit gate and scan your QR code at the box with the red flashing light.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. If you see a "Lot Full" sign, please disregard and proceed in as your spot is still guaranteed.

You may park anywhere that does not say "Reserved". Please do NOT park in a "Reserved" space; these are strictly reserved for tenants of the building.

To access the pedestrian door, scan your parking pass QR code at the reader. If you accidentally pulled a ticket, scan the ticket barcode.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

When exiting, insert the ticket you pulled upon entry into the machine. Then scan your SpotHero barcode on your SpotHero confirmation.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
