Flex Rates

Show the Attendant your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

Park anywhere on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Caution two-way ramp, drive slow, &amp; honk your horn going up and down the ramp. Use stairs in the middle of the floor. Make sure you have correctly entered your license plate prior to leaving the vehicle. 

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Standard

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will automatically lift due to LPR!  Otherwise, scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will automatically lift due to LPR!  Otherwise, when exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Scan your QR Code at the white entrance gate reading "Scan Barcode Here." Hold the QR code about two inches away from the reader.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. Please hold on to this ticket, you must have this ticket to exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved."

Upon leaving, drive to the exit and insert the ticket you received upon arrival into the exit gate.

In & Out

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. DO NOT INCLUDE ANY SPACES WHEN ENTERING YOUR LICENSE PLATE. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

We are an outdoor, open-air parking lot. As we do not assign spaces, upon arrival at our lot, you may park in any available space, whether or not there is a SpotHero sign in front of that particular space.

Do not re-enter your license plate number onsite. We've got you covered!

10HR Special

Ensure your license plate matches the plate on your parking pass, without any spacing. Failure to do so will get your vehicle stuck at the exit gate. If that is the case, you must use the instructions to call for assistance to be let out.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate.
You may park anywhere that does not say 'Reserved.'

When you're ready to go simply drive up to the exit gate and the gate will open after it reads your plate!

E 8th St. (801 S Wabash Ave.) - Self Park Garage

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.&nbsp;Please note that you do NOT need to print a ticket at the pay &amp; display box. Your license plate number on your SpotHero parking pass will be used to enforce your reservation.
