Scan your QR Code at the white box on the left side of the ticket dispenser, look for a sign stating "Scan Barcode Here." Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. Please wait 15 minutes after purchasing / updating your reservation before scanning in to the facility.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Please ensure you've checked all levels of the garage for a space (up to level 10) as the 10th floor becomes valet-assist when spaces become limited. If you have an issue finding a space, please call the garage at (312) 960-0700 or stop by the garage office.

When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.

If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!
