Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Pull up close to the garage door, and it will open. Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader.

The machine will issue you a ticket and the gate will lift. 

When exiting, drive up to the exit gate and insert the ticket you pulled upon arrival into the machine.

Any 24 Hours

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will issue a ticket. Once you pull the ticket, the gate will lift and you are free to enter. You can insert the ticket to exit, or scan your QR code to exit. If the LOT FULL sign is on, please proceed past it and use the call button to enter. Let the representative know you're a SpotHero customer. Online customers will have a space!

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Up to 12 Hours

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

When you drive into the garage, your license plate will be captured at the entrance.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

A valet attendant will greet you on the driveway and ask for your phone number.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

The valet will send a link to your phone so you can request your car when you're ready to leave.

The valet will retrieve your car for you.
