If you are parking during attended hours (Mon-Fri 6am-7pm) your vehicle will be valeted. After hours and on weekends will be self park.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

PLEASE NOTE: Do not lift the gate until you are ready to enter the garage, and do not engage VendGate after your first entry. You may also access VendGate through your mobile browser. Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID#.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.

<p>When exiting, scan your Bar Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. If your license plate number is on the parking pass, the gate will lift without having to scan. If you pulled a ticket upon entering, first insert this ticket at the exit gate and then scan your SpotHero QR Code.</p>
