A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

The $12.99 online special only applies to reservations made to enter between 4:00 AM-4:00 PM. Please do not enter outside of these times or you will be subject to pay the price difference on-site.

Standard

Scan your QR Code at entrance gate at or after your reservation start time. DO NOT enlarge the QR code or pull a ticket to enter. Scan the QR code on the scanner shelf on the bottom left side of the machine. Entering the garage before your start time or pulling a ticket will result in an extra charge upon exit.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". 
If the self-park spaces are full, please check in with the valet attendant on Level 4. Your vehicle will be valeted free of charge and keys will be held by the valet attendant.

Scan your QR Code at exit gate before your reservation end time. DO NOT use the self-pay kiosk and DO NOT enlarge the QR code. Scan the QR code on the scanner shelf on the bottom left side of the machine at exit gate. Exiting the garage later than your reservation end time will result in an extra charge upon exit. If you pulled a ticket to enter, you will need to pay for the full ticket upon exit.

386 E Lake Street - Aon Center - Garage

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.

The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, see the cashier at the EAST Tower garage. There you will hand the valet your ticket you received upon entrance as well as your SpotHero Confirmation.

The valet will retrieve your car and you're ready to go!

319 Lower Stetson Avenue - (201 E Wacker Dr./Hyatt Regency)

The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
