Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Upon arrival an attendant will check you in and park your car for you.

When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.

Simply drive out when you are ready to go!.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

DO NOT PULL A TICKET. Scan your QR Code at the entrance gate. Hold the QR code about 4-6 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

PLEASE USE THE CENTER &amp; RIGHT LANES ONLY when exiting, scan your QR Code at the exit gate.

The gate will open and you're free to go! When you return, please use the same QR code to enter and exit throughout the duration of your reservation.

Weekend Rate (12 Hours)

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You MUST have this ticket to exit.
Please Note: When entering and exiting the garage, you must pull as close to the door as possible to ensure it opens.

Once you are in the garage, you may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved.”

When exiting the garage, insert your garage-issued ticket into the machine. The machine will read your ticket and return it to you. The gate will lift and you are free to go.

For in/out privileges: Take your ticket with you. You'll need it for reentry.


For in/out privileges: When reentering, scan your garage-issued paper ticket. DO NOT push the button for a new ticket and DO NOT re-scan your SpotHero reservation. You may exit/reenter using your original garage-issued ticket until your reservation period ends.


161 E Chicago Ave - Olympia Centre Garage

The facility is heated during cold weather.

Pull into the garage and scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. The machine will issue you a ticket. DO NOT PULL A TICKET UNTIL YOU HAVE ALREADY SCANNED YOUR QR CODE. You must have this ticket to exit.
If there is a lot full sign, please enter and press the call button for assistance and let them know you are a SpotHero customer; the attendant will help you find a spot.

Make sure you park in public parking area only which is section 6b through 8a. DO NOT park in any space labelled "Reserved"

When exiting, insert the ticket you received upon entering the facility.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

108 E Pearson St - (111 E Chestnut - Mag Mile Self Park)

3hr Special Rate

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.

172 E Chestnut - Water Tower Place Garage

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.[License Plate recognition may apply to some vehicles and open prior to scanning.]
