Pull into the garage and scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. The machine will issue you a ticket. DO NOT PULL A TICKET UNTIL YOU HAVE ALREADY SCANNED YOUR QR CODE. You must have this ticket to exit.
If there is a lot full sign, please enter and press the call button for assistance and let them know you are a SpotHero customer; the attendant will help you find a spot.

Make sure you park in public parking area only which is section 6b through 8a. DO NOT park in any space labelled "Reserved"

When exiting, insert the ticket you received upon entering the facility.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

108 E Pearson St - (111 E Chestnut - Mag Mile Self Park)

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You must have this ticket to exit.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to enter the facility using the scanner.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.

Insert the ticket you received upon arrival.

750 N Rush St. - The Chicagoan Garage

The facility has staff on-site for assistance and questions.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Up to 3 Hours

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Upon arrival an attendant will check you in and park your car for you.

When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.

Simply drive out when you are ready to go!.

155 E Chicago Ave. (777 N Michigan Ave.) - Valet Only

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Once inside, show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The valet will hand you a ticket and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

719 N Rush St. - Chicago Place Valet Garage

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Any 6 Hours

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You MUST have this ticket to exit.
Please Note: When entering and exiting the garage, you must pull as close to the door as possible to ensure it opens.

Once you are in the garage, you may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved.”

When exiting the garage, insert your garage-issued ticket into the machine. The machine will read your ticket and return it to you. The gate will lift and you are free to go.

For in/out privileges: Take your ticket with you. You'll need it for reentry.


For in/out privileges: When reentering, scan your garage-issued paper ticket. DO NOT push the button for a new ticket and DO NOT re-scan your SpotHero reservation. You may exit/reenter using your original garage-issued ticket until your reservation period ends.
