If you encounter a Lot Full sign upon entrance, continue into the garage, your spot is still reserved. Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

Go to www.vendgate.com, select "Parkers" and enter the Rental ID#.

Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
