When you arrive, the gate will automatically open. You may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved”.

The gate will lift and you are free to go!

Simply leave when you are ready to go! The gate will automatically open.

PLEASE USE THE CENTER &amp; RIGHT LANES ONLY when exiting, scan your QR Code at the exit gate.

The gate will open and you're free to go! When you return, please use the same QR code to enter and exit throughout the duration of your reservation.

Please pull forward to the garage door and pause. The door will automatically open. Please watch for vehicles and pedestrians exiting via the same pathway
Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. The garage is monitored by automatic enforcement cameras. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

To exit, please drive slowly up the ramp and the garage door will automatically open.  Please watch for vehicles and pedestrians entering via the same pathway.

221 E Chestnut St. - West/Right Entrance

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader.

You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open. You MUST have this ticket to exit.
Please Note: When entering and exiting the garage, you must pull as close to the door as possible to ensure it opens.

Once you are in the garage, you may park anywhere that doesn’t say “Reserved.”

When exiting the garage, insert your garage-issued ticket into the machine. The machine will read your ticket and return it to you. The gate will lift and you are free to go.

For in/out privileges: Take your ticket with you. You'll need it for reentry.


For in/out privileges: When reentering, scan your garage-issued paper ticket. DO NOT push the button for a new ticket and DO NOT re-scan your SpotHero reservation. You may exit/reenter using your original garage-issued ticket until your reservation period ends.


161 E Chicago Ave - Olympia Centre Garage

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Upon arrival an attendant will check you in and park your car for you.

When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet and your car will be retrieved.

Simply drive out when you are ready to go!.
