Standard

Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.

When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to enter the facility using the scanner.

When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

You MUST park only in spot #6. You will be towed if parked in any other spot or over the lines.

When you return to the facility at the end of your parking reservation, proceed to the main building. Show the attendant your ticket and prepaid pass to confirm your departure.

On your way out, have Bluetooth and Location services on, and tap the "Open Gate" button to exit.

Scan your QR Code at the white box on the left side of the ticket dispenser, look for a sign stating "Scan Barcode Here." Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. Please wait 15 minutes after purchasing / updating your reservation before scanning in to the facility.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved". Garage is typically not full for online customers! Please ensure you've checked all levels of the garage for a space (up to level 10) as the 10th floor becomes valet-assist when spaces become limited. If you have an issue finding a space, please call the garage at (312) 960-0700 or stop by the garage office.

When you arrive at the facility, the valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.

When you return to the facility, show the valet your SpotHero parking pass and the ticket you received upon arrival.

If your vehicle is considered oversize or if you parked outside of your reservation times, you will pay these fees now.

The valet will retrieve your car and you're free to go!

Similar to how a hotel reservation works, you can enter at any time after the start time listed on your SpotHero reservation, and you can depart at any time prior to the end time listed on your reservation.

For example, if your reservation goes from 8 am to 8 pm, you can enter any time after 8 am, and must leave anytime before 8 pm. Please be aware that any time spent parked outside of your reservation is subject to a ticket, tow, or an additional charge (at the drive-up rate) from the parking facility.
