Flex Rates

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

Before returning to your vehicle, see the valet attendant at the hotel front entrance and present your SpotHero parking pass. You will be provided with a validation ticket to use at the garage exit.

Insert the ticket you received on arrival into the machine, followed by the validation ticket. The gate will lift and you are free to go!

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

When you're ready to leave, show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering. The valet office is located by the front-drive, attached to the front entrance of the hotel. Show the pass to the cashier in the valet booth who will assist with validation to get out. If the valet is not present please visit the hotel concierge to get your ticket validated.
 

The gate will open and you're free to go!

Scan your QR Code face up at the box with the red flashing lights. The QR code may need to be at the top of your phone to reach the scanner. Once read, the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved."

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
