Standard

Pull a ticket to enter the parking garage.

You may park anywhere on Levels 2-4, and then proceed to board the shuttle at the hotel entrance.

When you return to LAX, please stand at the island under the red "Hotel &amp; Courtesy Shuttles" sign at Ground Transportation on the Lower/Arrivals Level. Look for the Black Mercedes sprinter van with the Renaissance logo on its side. Call 310-337-2800 to let them know you've arrived and to get a return shuttle time estimate.

Visit the valet staff at the front of the hotel and display your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device. The valet staff will issue you a validation ticket that will allow you to exit the garage.

Insert the ticket at the gate. It will open, and you're free to go!

Renaissance Hotel LAX - Covered Self Park

Pull a ticket when you enter and park anywhere that does not say "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle. 

When you return to LAX, please stand at the island under the red "Hotel &amp; Courtesy Shuttles" sign at Ground Transportation on the Arrivals Level. Look for the Black Mercedes sprinter van with the Renaissance logo on its side. Call 310-337-2800 to let them know you've arrived and to get a return shuttle time estimate. You may also text the number on the valet ticket you received so that your car will be ready upon your arrival.

Provide your ticket to the valet attendant on duty to validate your ticket.

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave! 

Renaissance Hotel LAX - Covered Valet

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

When you arrive at this location, pull forward to the gate and pull a ticket to enter.

Proceed to the uncovered area. You may park anywhere that doesn&rsquo;t say "Reserved."

As soon as you park, email a photo of your parking ticket and a copy of your reservation to omar@capitalinsightholdings.com to redeem your reservation. Then, collect your belongings and head to the front of the building, where you can schedule your taxi or&nbsp;rideshare to the airport.

Upon your return to LAX, gather your belongings and schedule your taxi/rideshare back to the property at 9750 Airport Blvd.

When exiting, scan your&nbsp;validated ticket at the box with the red flashing lights.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have emailed omar@capitalinsightholdings.com to have your ticket validated before you can exit.&nbsp;

The gate will open and you're free to go!

9750 Airport Blvd. - Uncovered Self Park

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Drive to the self-park covered lot and scan the QR code on your parking pass to enter. If you cannot find the self-park covered lot, call 424-998-6878.

You may park anywhere that doesn&rsquo;t say "Reserved." If you have a COVERED RESERVATION, proceed to the covered area.

Collect your belongings and head to the front of the building, where you can schedule your taxi or Lyft ride.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

9750 Airport Blvd - Covered Self Park

When you arrive, take a ticket to enter the garage.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

Take the ticket that was pulled upon entry along with your SpotHero confirmation to the front desk. The front desk attendant will provide you with a pass to leave in the car.

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle. This shuttle will take you to LAX airport.

Gather your belongings and follow the red signs that say 'HOTEL SHUTTLE' and proceed to that area for pickup. The shuttle pickup is located on the upper level of LAX. The shuttle will have an 'Aloft Hotel' logo on the side. Board this shuttle and the shuttle will take you back to your vehicle.

Once you are ready to go, you may simply leave!

Embassy Suites LAX North - Covered Self Park

A valet will park the users vehicle at this facility.

Show the valet your parking pass to receive a valet ticket. *Please KEEP YOUR TICKET. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes from the hotel entrance/valet area. Ask the front desk if you can't find the pick up point. It's a 10-20 min ride depending on traffic + which terminal you're headed to. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hotel # is the best point of contact 310-641-5700.

When returning, shuttles pick up on the upper level (departures) and guests should wait at the red hotel pick-up pylon sign. After you exit from the baggage area it will either be to the left or right depending on the terminal.

When returning visit the Valet Booth and present your SpotHero reservation ID and your parking ticket for validation. Once you are validated you are free to go.
