LAX has moved their hotel courtesy shuttle location. It now happens on the upper level &ldquo;departures&rdquo; for all pick up and drop off. There is a red sign outside of each terminal for waiting areas. The shuttle runs 24/7.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

The Westin LAX - Covered Self Park

When you arrive at the hotel, visit the hotel front desk and present your SpotHero parking pass to the hotel staff. Your parking will be validated and directed where to park.

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pick-up area in the front of the hotel.

When you arrive back at LAX, gather your belongings and head to the upper level/departures to the shuttle waiting area.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

When you arrive back to the hotel, simply leave when you are ready to go!

Hilton Garden Inn LAX - Covered Self Park

Any 24 Hours

Proceed to level 2 and above. You may park in any spot not marked as "Reserved." Parking on level 1 in not allowed and a failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow. After you park, proceed to the shuttle.

When you return to LAX from your trip, please go to the Departures (Upper) level and wait under the red sign that reads Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttle.

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go!

Simply Park LAX - Covered Self Park

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader. You will be issued a ticket and the gate will open.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved", and then board the shuttle to LAX.

When you return to LAX, please stand at the island under the red "Hotel &amp; Courtesy Shuttles" sign at Ground Transportation on the Upper/Departure Level. Call 310-216-9235 to let them know you've arrived and to get a return shuttle time estimate, or text &ldquo;pick up&rdquo; with your terminal to 310-439-5335.

When you're ready to leave, drive to the exit and scan the QR code on your parking pass. The gate will open and you're free to go!

405 Airport Parking - Covered Self Park

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

The facility has EV charging capabilities.

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover additional garage operator costs.

A charge provided to the garage operator that includes all anticipated applicable taxes related to the provision of the garage operator's parking spot.

A fee determined by the garage operator to cover airport charges.

No need to pull a ticket! Pull up to our facility entrance and scan your Spot Hero QR code to open the gate.

Follow the entry directions to the rooftop for uncovered parking

Proceed to the Shuttle Pickup Area and board the shuttle to LAX.

When you arrive home, proceed to the upper level at LAX (Departures).  Please wait next to the red pylon/sign that says "Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttle.”  Look for The Parking Spot shuttle with the blue "Century" sign.
If you land between the hours of 7 PM and 9 AM, please call us for pick-up at (310) 642-0947.

The shuttle will bring you back to the Shuttle Pickup Area. From there, proceed to your vehicle and follow the signs to the exit.  

The Parking Spot Century - Uncovered Rooftop Self Park

Scan the QR code located on your SpotHero parking pass.  
Please do not swipe a credit card to enter the facility, instead please scan your reservation. Upon entry, scan your reservation from your confirmation email and follow the on-screen instructions. On exit, scan your reservation again and follow on-screen instructions. If you have stayed past your reservation end date/time, you will be asked to pay the difference at the kiosk before exiting. There are no in-and-out privileges. Every time you enter the facility you will start a new stay.

Gather your belongings and board the shuttle.  

Upon Return - In compliance with airport regulations, pick-up for WallyPark guests is on the upper level (departures). Please head upstairs to the red sign for Hotel &amp; Private Parking Shuttles located outside of Ticketing. Text "shuttle" to (310) 308-6495 for airport pickup.

Scan your QR code to exit the facility.  When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!
