Upon arrival, enter the parking garage by pulling a ticket at the entrance gate.

You may park in any space that is not marked as "reserved" and proceed to the front desk of the hotel for validation.

Meet the shuttle at the main entrance to the hotel for transportation to the airport

Follow signs in the airport for "hotel shuttles". Shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour. If you need assistance you can contact the hotel shuttle at 650-347-1234 option 7

 When exiting the facility please use the call button at the exit gate and provide your rental ID to the attendant. If you have stayed over the reservation end time, you will be charged the daily rates posted on-site at the facility.

Hyatt Regency SFO - Covered Self Park

The surface of the facility is solid, such as asphalt or concrete.

Entering/exiting the facility does not require touching shared surfaces.

Users may enter and exit the facility more than one time.

Guests are required to come into the lobby to check-in, get parking permit, sign waiver and leave keys. Place parking permit on dashboard.

Once parked, please head to the hotel entrance to board the shuttle. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes from 4am-12pm and 3pm-11pm. Customers arriving or returning outside of that time must secure their own transportation. Customers may also use the SamsTrans bus #292 for an additional fee.

You may then pick up your vehicle and go.

Vagabond Inn Executive - Uncovered Self Park

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. Proceed to check in with the front desk.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".

The shuttle runs every 15 minutes between the hours of 5 am and 1 pm. Otherwise every 30 minutes.

Upon return to SFO Airport, please proceed to the airport shuttle pickup area. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes between the hours of 5 am and 1 pm. Otherwise every 30 minutes.

At the exit gate, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.

The gate will open and you're free to go!

DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport - Uncovered Self Park

Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.

You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved" and proceed to wait in the lot to board the shuttle to San Francisco International Airport (SFO). 

From the airport, each terminal has a pick-up location for the shuttle. The shuttle runs on a 30 minutes continuous loop between the hours of 4:00 am and Midnight. There is no need to call for a pickup. Follow the signage in the airport terminal directing you to the Hotel Shuttle pick up location (Departure Level, Center Island, Hotel Courtesy Booth). Look for a large black vehicle with Hilton San Francisco Bayfront and Burlingame Airport Parking logo on its side. Shuttle service is NOT available between midnight and 4am. 

When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go!

Burlingame Airport Parking - Uncovered Self Park

When you arrive to Anza Parking, show the attendant your SpotHero parking pass for validation and you will be directed where to park.
 

 Anza's professional drivers will pick you up and drop you off at your car and assist you with your luggage.
 

Upon arriving back to SFO, secure your luggage and proceed to the Departure Level, Center Island, Blue &amp; White curb area. Look for the sign that says, “Off Airport Parking.” You must call the facility to request a shuttle upon arrival. They can be reached at 650-348-8800. 

When you are ready to go, you may simply leave!
