Pick-ups are at the Departures Level at each terminal (Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Bus Stop). When you return to pick up your car, scan your parking pass at the exit kiosk to open the exit gate. If you need assistance, press the "help" button on the parking kiosk to speak with a representative.
