This location requires you to open the gate using the SpotHero app and allow Bluetooth and Location permissions.

Turn on and allow Bluetooth and Location Permissions. As you approach the gate, open the SpotHero app.

As you approach the gate, tap the "Open Gate" button on the parking pass.

On your way out, have Bluetooth and Location services on, and tap the "Open Gate" button to exit.

The gate will open and you’re free to go!

Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved" from level 4 to level 9 of the garage.

When you're ready to leave, go to the cashier's booth located on the street level of the garage. Show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, along with the ticket you pulled when entering. You will receive a new validated ticket to use at the exit gate. 

When you're ready to go, show the valet your ticket and your car will be retrieved.

When you return to O'Hare, you will be picked up at the Shuttle Center, near the O'Hare Hilton,  between DOORS 2 and 3. Please let us know you have arrived by following instructions on the original text message.

Drive to the exit gate and insert the validated ticket from the cashier. The gate will open, and you're free to go!
