- The garage is staffed 24/7, if you have any questions stop by the office located on the 2nd level or press the assistance button on any of the machines in the garage.
- The height clearance at the Market Pl. entrance is 6'6" and the height clearance at the Lombard St. entrance is 6'8".
- The red "Prime" section is reserved for monthly parkers only from 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.

- This facility uses License Plate Recognition. If you registered your vehicle license plate during booking, the entry gate will automatically raise at the entry and exit gates for a ticketless experience. Enter this location at 751 E Lombard St. This is the entrance address for the Harbor Park Garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the North side of E Lombard St. between E Coast Greenway and Market Pl.
This facility uses License Plate Recognition. If you registered your vehicle license plate during booking, the entry gate will automatically raise at the entry and exit gates for a ticketless experience. If the gate does not automatically raise when you enter, please scan your QR code to enter.
- Pull a ticket when you enter. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- When you're ready to leave, go to the garage office and show the attendant your SpotHero reservation, either printed or on a mobile device, along with the ticket you pulled when entering.
- When entering, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to enter the facility using the scanner.
- The attendant will validate your ticket and you're free to go!
- When exiting, pull up to the gate and the gate will open after reading your license plate. If the gate does not open after a few seconds, please scan your parking pass to exit the facility using the scanner.
