If arriving after 10 pm, press the call button to gain access, let the call center know you have a reservation, and be prepared to give your SpotHero rental ID number.

You may park in any space that is not labeled “reserved”.

After you park, gather your belongings and head to the ground floor to order your taxi/rideshare to the airport.

Upon arrival back at SAN, arrange private ground transportation to take you back to 2100 Kettner Blvd.

Once arriving back to the parking facility, simply drive to the exit gate, and press the help button. The attendant will confirm your reservation details and allow you to exit the facility.

If arriving after 10 pm, the security door will be closed. There is a pedestrian door to the left of the garage entrance with a call box. Press the call button and security will allow you in to retrieve your vehicle.
