Approach the garage entrance gates with your vehicle, they will automatically open. Upon entry, license plate readers will scan the vehicle license plates, time stamping the beginning of your parking session.

Park in any available spots within the garage that are not labeled as “Reserved”. Once parked, Use your phone to scan one of the QR codes provided on signs throughout the garage to begin your parking session.

Input your contact and vehicle information, as well as the length of your stay, to the website provided from the QR code. Please input license plate information with no dashes or spaces. Ie. ABC123. Incorrect license plate information will lead to access issues.

Upon approaching the "payment" section, there will be a button labelled “Enter a validation code.” Press this and input the validation code SPOTHEROHOMEWOOD and then submit.

The cost of the parking session will be fully validated and no payment will be needed. Press “Skip this step” to begin session
