Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. Present your SpotHero parking pass at the front desk and fill out reservation and vehicle information.

Display the parking pass obtained from the front desk on your dashboard, collect your belongings, and head to the shuttle area.

The shuttle will depart from the front of the hotel - request a shuttle ride from the front desk when checking in.

After collecting your luggage follow signs to “Courtesy Vehicles” or “Ground Transportation”. Make your way to third level, cross the skybridge and go down to level 1 and locate island 1A through 1D. For Shuttle Pickup: Contact the hotel at (564) 465-7138
