Upon arrival at the hotel, please check in at the front desk and present your prepaid SpotHero parking reservation.

The front desk staff will be happy to direct you to your assigned parking area. You may park anywhere not marked as ""Reserved"".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. Shuttle runs 24/7, every 30-35 mins. You can call the hotel at (314) 824-1670 if needed.

Once you have arrived back in STL, collect your luggage and follow signs for ""Ground Transportation"" or ""Hotel Shuttles."" If you are in Terminal 1 (most airlines), head to Exit 18, and if you are in Terminal 2 (Southwest/International), head to Exit 12. Look for a white Hilton or Hampton Inn shuttle bus. To ensure a timely pickup, call the hotel at (314) 824-1670 as soon as you have your bags to notify the driver of your terminal location.

Once back at the hotel, simply leave when you're ready to go!
