Upon arrival, please pull into the main hotel entrance and park in the designated parking area. Proceed to the front desk to check in or notify the staff of your arrival. Hotel signage and on-site staff will assist you if you need help locating the appropriate parking area.

You may park in any space not marked as "Reserved".

Gather your belongings and head to the shuttle pickup area. Shuttle service is on-demand and available from 4 am to 1 am, and will take customers when they are ready to go (request shuttle via 510-569-7000).

Upon arrival back at OAK, call 510-569-7000 to request a shuttle for pick-up from the airport.

When back at the hotel, stop by the front desk for validation.

Simply leave when you're ready to go!
